Decent remote job working behind a keyboard.

Cons

Little opportunity to move up. Raises only occur as minimum wage increases. Earned PTO was often difficult to use and declined.

Working from home is the best.

Cons

No raises or chance to move up If you are male. People moving up are the ones that complain the most and want to leave.
