The management is a joke. Training is a joke. You don't get real experience until you get on the floor. They called us to a team meeting at the end of the project to tell us that we was fired. They locked us out of our kronos, workbooth, VMware, etc. The reason I found out later is because the didn't want us to claim our so called RETENTION BONUS. We never received it. Their is a class action law suit against this company and I see why. PLEASE RUN DON'T APPLY there are better work at home jobs like Uhaul, Apple, American Express, Arise, Carnival.

The pay isn't worth all of the crap you have to deal with. They draw you in by telling you they are flexable and that they actually care about you. I worked there for three years and it caused me so much stress i got headaches daily.
