Pros

The opportunity to help people. To be of service to others is rewarding. Room for growth and development.

Cons

Always look on the bright side. No one is perfect. Nothing negative if you don't look for it.

Pros

Teletech sites are easy to find and very accessible to people. It has a positive vibe that you can instantly feel at home. Salary is also competitive with other centers. They also promote those people that deserve the post. Leaders, TLs and Trainers, are very knowledgeable about the product They also do their best so that each and everybody else learns their respected systems, procedure and values. Staff, like facilities are also friendly and helpful.

Cons

Sometimes its hot in the production floor, since the AC is generalized. Also there are lack of drinking stations where agent can get water if they're thirsty. Sometimes there's no water at all.

Pros

Working remotely (no physical commute) for a legitimate employer (no fee required to start/continue work, employees paid with taxes removed and W-2s issued). Educational opportunities (TeleTech University, Certification Programs). Advancement/enhancement opportunities (seasonal roles that allow employees to gain experience at different jobs/levels). Supportive team leads/managers. Contests and initiatives to bring employees closer together (even if they have never actually met in person).

Cons

Pay rates are low and do not rise with the cost of living, lots of advancement/enhancement opportunities still only shared with G&A level employees, lacking benefits (even for "almost full-time" workers, nearing 30 hours/week).
