Flexible Schedules, Team Environment, On-Site Employee Development

Cons

Trainers were often required to travel out of state for lengthy periods of time (over two weeks). Travel home during these assignments was an employee cost rather than paid for by the employer.

Pros

Nice work environment. It is a very relaxed job. I was the very first trainer for the Company and it was an amazing opportunity. It is a great school!

Cons

Salary is very bad. You hardly have additional benefits. There are on periodic salary reviews and obviously there are on raises.

Good compensation Nice people to work with Middle management gets it and tries to help

Operations is inexperienced and reactionary Processes are used from previous clients instead of made to fit per client basis Long days without a thanks Office politics are high on the list - be careful who you befriend
