Pros

Work at home. They will hire anyone that can pass a drug screening.

Cons

Constantly changing work schedules/hours/mandatory time off. No pay raises ( Talked to one individual that has been there for 6 years, has been "promoted" from agent to chat coach, to trainer, to team leader, and has never gotten one raise. That is inexcusable), glitchy software, ignorant help desk. Too many offshore support services.

Pros

- Desperate for work? Just apply. They WILL hire you. - Zero sales experience? That's okay. They'll train you. - Need flexible hours? They can help. Shifts range begin at 5:00am and end at 5:30pm - Hate working weekends? This is the place for you! Monday thru Friday. - Like wearing jeans and tennis shoes everyday? You can do that here. Shorts in the summer. - No college degree? No problem. They do not require one. - Do you like having major holidays off? You've come to the right place!

Cons

- Awful base pay ($11.00 per hour) - Terrible commission structure that just keeps getting worse (Started at $850.00 per/mo. Now down to $200 per/mo) - Zero raises (They will never give you a raise. The base base remains the same. Only way to get a raise is to wait for a manager to quit and apply for their position) - Over 75% of the people who get hired either quit, get fired or just stop showing up. - Worst tools ever (Email has to be signed in every 15 mins, phones shut down and fail to record the amount of dials on reports, unable to view pay stubs online, trend report tools often fail to show during calls, etc) - No phones on the floor (If seen, they will give you written warnings and/or lock them up in a storage locker) - Insurance coverage has doubled since last year - If you want to take a day off or become ill, you must work extra hours to make it up - even if you have PTO - Your job's $$ depends on the number of dials made, the number of sales obtained and how well you are scored on the quality of those calls. But only calls that are between 3-5 mins. So if you have a great call that goes over that amount of time, no one will ever hear it. But if you have a horrible call, the Philippines will give you a failing score which will either lower your commission and/or disqualify you from meeting their metrics.

Pros

You get to work from home. You can swap schedules with someone if needed. You don't have to deal with workplace drama.

Cons

Leadership isn't great. Your pretty much on your own, at times you can't get your TL to answer your questions. They lie to you about your schedule and job, they make all these promises and then screw you over.
