Management is extremely disrespectful towards employees. No clear guidance. No actual “help” in servicing customers when questions arise. Constant back-pedaling. Supervisors know less than the agents on certain projects. One supervisor to the next has different program information, which results in unhappy customers and employees that don’t feel like they can properly do their job. Unethical supervisors, be prepared to be singled out in front of coworkers for questioning anything or trying to clarify misinformation.

I was hired on 8th april was done with training the tech support and higher management suppose to get back to me after my training to set my schedule to start working.My laptop was working perfectly until the ttec tech team started working on it and was broken during the process of their setup and messed my laptop motherboard. After several Email send to my trainer and to hire team they replied me with a email saying i have failed TCI session, and your computer didn’t' boost to the host OS after you were completed.You are not able to continue with the project “”This is not the kind of reply i was expecting. And till this day, they haven’t gotten back to me if they would be able to fix my laptop. Else, I would have arranged for an alternate device. Its very very sad that i needed a job so badly and they treat employee like this.
