Work-life balance is a priority to management. There are a few highly motivated, action oriented employees.

Cons

Failure to evaluate, improve, and change processes that negatively impact product. Lack of measurable goals and vision for the company in the near term, and the long term.

Pros

Cool product that is new to the marketplace. Great culture with fun team events on Fridays. Flexibility with the opportunity to grow my own skills. I work with a great team that is energetic and supportive.

Cons

Can be ambiguous at times, but that is just part of being in a startup. We all have to wear a lot of hats and be ready for anything that might come our way.

Pros

Nice coworkers, good CTO. The northewest is a nice area

Cons

Haunted by past decisions. Tablesafe had promise. The rail was a good idea but was poorly engineered/designed initially and the lack of strong executive meant it could not overcome the tremendous hurdle needed to course-correct the company into producing a viable competitive product. sad. Unfortunately common. Tip your hardware engineers, people.
