The particular location that I'm currently working at is VERY unprofessional. I was told in the interview that the store has very high turn over rate and from the past few days I've been there I understand why. From the management to the server's assistants, just about everyone there doesn't know how to talk to people at all. It is extrememely dreadful to have some of them working there when they're always complaining about certain situations that accure during business hours that are beyond anyone's control when they are plenty of unemployed people who would be glad to take their place and won't complain about anything about the job.

10 hours a day 5 days a week. It's a lie. You will have no quality of life. The practices amongst management are dishonest and with the frequent personnel changes, understanding the company philosophy is next to impossible. You will break your back lifting 100+ kegs, inventory control is next to impossible, and budgets are unattainable and unmanageable to hit. Your bonus will be next to nothing. You will be treated like a number, HR is a joke, and the corporate office with the exception of a few run with little to no integrity. Good luck ever getting any time off. You will be working close to 75 hours per week, with continuous calls on your day off. If you have one. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
