Pros

Great pay and benefits. Healthy work environment and amazing tem of people. Management, at least in my department, is good to.

Cons

The only thing I have to say is that there isn't much opportunity for advancement. If I wanted to further my education and become an RN I'd have to go work somewhere else.

Compensation, more benefits beyond most employers, teamwork, great culture and work place to contribute

Cons

Some communication issues with upper management to middle management, scheduling plan a year ahead and must find own changes if needs arise. Must be a multi-tasker and willing to work hard beyond your set job
