You can work with some great people. The benefits are not bad. You get free oil changes.

Cons

The company has had a huge culture change since Danny Rivera took over as president. There is no longer a sense of family. The pay is not within the market and the company asks a lot more than they give. There is no work home life balance and the company does not care. If a district manager cares for his people and will not make unreasonable demands of managers and techs the company will force them out.

Weekly pay is quick for those who need it Slow store are fun Experience Close at seven PM to customers

Over worked workers Work IN the environment outside no matter the weather Discrimination to lower employment Discrimination to women No response from uppers when issues arise WILL NOT be able to be used for future reference will deny your employment so keep pictures and pay stubs to prove. Work with no days off for months if salery over 60 hr week come out to less than the assistant manager pay. Every plus sale is such a scam and bad product you can't feel good about it Push plusselling a $8 filter (anyone can order on rockauto) for $40 for an extra $0.75 on your paycheck Contact DRIVEN BRANDS for issue
