Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had such a negative experience. Social work and counseling in Courts and Corrections can be one of the hardest jobs for anyone in the behavioral health field. Our clients need alot of complex care and it can be challenging in many ways for our staff. Our agency works very hard to support our behavioral health teams and provide them with the training, flexibility, caring and support they need to do their jobs and take care of their own health. We offer extensive employee benefits and assistance options and focus on mental health and well-being for our staff.
