Thank you for your review and for your service to the agency as an Administrative Specialist. We are very grateful to you and your colleagues in this role because you are the glue that holds everyone together and keeps everything moving smoothly and efficiently. In many cases you are also the first people to greet our clients as they arrive at our program sites looking for assistance. Regarding staff recognition, Talbert House formally recognizes our employees for customer service, special projects and tenure at our Staff Recognition Breakfasts three times a year. Last year we recognized 380 employees! We also honor employees of the year from each of our service lines and for the agency at our annual Winterfest Staff Appreciation event, which is held at Dave and Buster's in February every year! All of our eligible staff are also included in our annual performance bonus which occurs in the Fall. We also feature a different team every month in our Team Recognition bulletins published agency-wide, and feature individual staff on our website. Our Associate Directors run our programs and facilities. Most of them have been promoted up from our front line ranks and are super dedicated to our mission, our clients and our staff. We currently have 27 Directors overseeing more than 75 programs and locations. Their leadership and talent are indispensable to our agency! With such a large number of programs and services, and nearly 1,000 staff members, it is indeed a challenge to keep up with everything we do to help those most in need in our community! Thank you for your dedication to our agency and our mission!
