Pros

They have three different 8-hour shifts, so they go by quickly.

Cons

I received absolutely NO on-the-job training after orientation. The supervisor is nit-picky and unwilling to provide in-depth, on-the-job training. Instead, she will hand you papers to read and expect you to memorize them because she does not want to leave her office.
