Wonderful Brand Pride throughout company!! Beautiful quality product and a generous associate discount. Our customers are truly some of the best people I have encountered in my twenty plus years of retail management which makes my job a pleasure everyday.

Cons

Improve upon the communication piece to stores. We need crystal clear direction and communication in a timely manner. Our pace is quick and urgent daily. In the field we don't have time to second guess direction because it is delivered in a bits and pieces without all necessary information.

Client Book focus and usage helps you develop sales outreach skills. Generally working with professional, upper-middle class customers who appreciate your styling/fashion advice. You develop an intimate client base that value your experience in the fashion industry. Hostess events are a great community outreach and lots of fun!

Cons

Workload varies significantly from week to week, but expected to manage stores with the same amount of hours regardless. Although not expected, it is encouraged to be wearing current, on-trend outfits while working; even with a generous discount, this significantly reduces your salary. Individual sales goals can sometimes create dissension between team members.
