I started as an assistant manager 14 years ago and have chosen to build my career with THIS brand because they put the customer first, give their employees all the tools we need to be successful, create a fun and challenging work environment, seek out and nurture top talent, and support internal advancement. Our corporate leadership partners and collaborates with those of us in the field, and those of us in the field strive to partner and collaborate with our own teams.

Cons

There aren't any!!! Anyone who has a passion for people, fashion, and fun would thrive in this retail environment.

Navigating change is difficult sometimes but always an adventure. And TALBOTS lives in the gray not in the black and white meaning you have to use you good business judgment because you have to power to move your business.
