      Pros

      We have some great customers and I work with some great people. The company gives back to Charitable organizations with in store shopping parties.

      Cons

      Too heavy a work load with no time set aside to get it all done. Mandatory charitable shopping parties in store. Takes away from business.

      Built great relationships with customers and store team. Good discount, nice working environment. Fast paced and keeps current. Quality merchandise and current styles Immediate management team was always accommodating and associates were mostly always helpful

      UNPROFESSIONAL verbally assaulting DM's and and rm's - UNREALISTIC DEMANDS - EMOTIONALLY DRAINING - PHYSICALLY EXHAUSTING New crew of upper management is ARROGANT and OUT OF TOUCH. Tasks are NOT properly delegated throughout the team - way to much RESPONSIBILTY ON

      Co workers pleasant ,customers usually pleasant. Flexible scheduling and a semi break room in most locations. Fun events an shopping parties.

      Cons

      Up to 4 managers all on different pages,each with a different set of rules. You will feel judged harshly . Your appearance is judged daily,especially if you cannot afford Talbot's clothing.
