      Pros

      I love the clothes and was excited to work for a great company.

      Cons

      I worked at the store just under 3 months. The Store Manager was happy with my performance. The SM even bought me flowers and a thank you note. 2 weeks later she had a corporate visit that did not go well and I was fired because my client book did not have enough clients. Apparently I was her fall guy. Total shock. In the end it was a blessing because I received many calls from fellow associates about how bad the SM was treating all of them. Many asked me to keep in touch so they can follow me in my new position.

      Assistant manager's behavior is rude and condescending. Manager's advice "just talk her down give her a bag to breathe into".

      - Clothing Discount - Meet Great People (Employees & Customers) - Benefit Package (That was in place 2009 and prior)

      Cons

      - CUT, CUT, CUT thats all we were hearing - If you don't make target 3 months in a row, we had to let you go - Managers kill themselves to do "Brand Moments" (floor moves) with very little help and or time - Upper Management expects you to be able to respond to their dim witted immediate floor changes immediately... like 5 min after walking in to the store. EVEN after we were told to not come in more than 30 min. before store openenig. - The restructuring of Districts & DM's- put dedicated people (my mentors) out of work... and put incompetent "Hitler-esque" people in their place. - No matter if you were a store producing TOP RESULTS.... you still had to cut sales & support hours. -
