Never enough payroll to get everything done so you never have enough employees working for the size of the store

Love my co-workers ....although they leave fast! Most customers are great

Cons

No life/work balance....no weekends....no holidays....dont ever get sick because you can't call out....cant leave for emergencies....too many to list

Pleasant work environment, most customers appreciative of service and knowledge in putting outfits together. Good team support

Cons

Unsteady work schedules, sometimes only one week in advance which makes planning for personal life impossible Pressure to open TCC's, call and e-mail customers on a daily basis etc. They are already getting daily emails from corporate and many have opted out because of that. No regular meetings to discuss future plans for business. No promoting from inside or appreciation of hard working staff
