Pros

Great clothes and easy to learn the registers

Cons

They do not care about their employees. They don't promote within. They're terrible at giving you breaks. If you complain to HR they retaliate!

Pros

- Decent pay for retail - Great opportunity to work as a team - Opportunity for moving up in store, possibly management or corporate (Sales associate --> Client Specialist --> Key Holder --> Assistant Manager

Cons

- Unclear terms for vacation/sick days - Unkempt promises for time off - Manager would give 35 hours one week and cut it to 12 the next without reason - Hours are effected by money brought in my store (somewhat understandable but also frustrating when you're relying on it for steady income) - Ultimately quit because hours were cut, management started problems between employees, management had deals worked out with district manager and screwed employees over
