No job security. They tell you to bend the policies to accommodate customers then they will fire you for it at their convenience.

Great Ideology for The Company

Cons

The reality is not going to be as the ideal on the paper. Management has changed so much that a major volume of great employees that worked for many years have left the company. No movement up and very back stabbing management. No support from upper management with nothing. The amount of work load has increased for some and not for others.

Horrible upper management No work life balance They play favorites Cant ever take a vacation when you want to unless your the store manager. They hire horriable upper management how then takes all credit for your hard work. They are still one of the few companies who dont know how to handle visual floor sets.
