      Pros

      The discount is great! Hours are usually decent. My supervisor is very accommodating to the employees for scheduling needed time off.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great and don't get shift differentials for working nights, weekends or holidays. On occasion, you may get called in on your day off at the last minute. They rarely give raises but do have a 401k, which is a plus.

      Loved the clothes, loved the marketing and thought it I would stay for a long tome

      Cons

      Pay is far below other retailers. Lower level management members Think they have control and will Cause turmoil to push everyone around. Long term employees just go along With the chaos. Managers don't follow the rules And are left on their own so they make their own hours, disappear for hours and literally spend the day on their own personal errands. The store managers ans assistant managers don't handle hr issues correctly and play into the chaos. Way too Much moving around and Hiring people That don't look or play the part of a classy women's clothing store. Somewhat embarrassing with the way they dress and act.
