Pros

Good discount on clothes, decent hours considering it’s retail

Cons

Favoritism is rampant in this company. Little ability to move up unless your favored. Pay is not worth it for what we are asked to do. Can’t even get paid lunch breaks. I’m still paid hourly even though my title is Sales Manager. Benefits are offered. However I’m not paid enough to use them. Make it make sense.

A lot of pressure to perform with low pay

Pros

Enjoyed my fellow employees and the manager was very nice and easy to work for.

Cons

Employees are expected to do too many things for low pay. Payroll has been cut so much that two employees are expected to close the store. And then if we have to stay later than 6:15pm, we get fussed at. Ridiculous. I felt very unappreciated even though I was working hard and giving my best.
