Pay check, good benefits for internal staff.

Cons

Lack of transparency about career advancement. Promotions are a result of favoritism. How you advance depends on who you know and what they think of you, not how good you are at your job. Many inept leaders. Promotional opportunities and new client teams are filled with "favorites" before anyone has an opportunity to be considered. Everything is done in the 'dark of night' and if you don't have someone on the inside fighting for you, you'll never go anywhere.

Clients are great to work with. Benefits are good.

Cons

Very little training provided to do a complex job. No corporate participation in satellite groups therefore paving the way for unfair and predujicial employment practices. Compensation is very low.

Cons

While ManpowerGroup Solutions offers excellent work/life balance, their pay is not level with market leaders.
