Pros

Onboarding was fast and easy

Cons

Onboarding was also sloppy. I received onboarding emails with job info not related to the company I was hired for. When I am called and asked, I was told it’s ok just ignore that. My advice clean that up and be more careful. Payroll is experiencing issues. We have been getting paid late. Was supposed to get paid on a Friday, did not receive until the following Monday. Not good! Compared to other contracting companies I have worked for, TalentBridge is at the bottom. Go through another company if possible.

Very unprofessional and the recruiters would not call back. The intiative to place you on an assignment is great, but this staff truly lacks the professional follow up. I sense hidden racism also-Charlotte, NC office....
