      Pros

      - Very bright individuals to work with - Leadership is down to Earth and respectable - Motivation is pretty high all around - The meeting structures are the best I have ever seen I am able to get more work done in productivity than I am anywhere else. - My team actually works like a team and even within the team there are some competition. - Provided equipment to conduct my job - My Supervisor and Manager are really reliable and care about training and growth - Company actually asked me what I wanted to become and are in the works of putting me there.

      Cons

      Even though the company tries to keep it within the 9-5 area that is just not the case working on Salary and pushing more hours out of the individual.

      Pros

      People truly all get along. There really isn't any workplace drama and when situations do arise, the matter is handled in a professional manner. Nobody is perfect but I think it says alot about the culture of the workplace that people are able to have their needs addressed in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is very little or no direction. As someone who is very efficient in their work, I complete tasks very quickly but there is no direction as to what else I should be doing or working on.
