Pros

There’s good opportunity for career growth as we are constantly understaffed. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to do more than your fair share. Pay is decent, if you have a good manager who is willing to fight for you. The new office is nice and the laid back atmosphere day to day is enjoyable.

Cons

Horrible culture, and management isn’t trying to fix it. In fact, they are a huge contributor to the issue. Tons of turnover that is not being addressed. Many employees feel undervalued. No 401k match. Not very progressive as far as benefits go.

Pros

Willing to train, Willing to Listen, and Willing to help you grow. Love the Pillars and Values! This company really does all that it can to make you enjoy coming in each day.

Cons

None - I really think this company does a great job as long as you clearly communicate your needs, wants and expectations.
