      Pros

      I've been very impressed with how the entire organization lives the values. Not just a poster on the wall, they truly do what they say! Combine culture with a willingness to hear new ideas and act on them it is easy to see why this company has done so well and received the accolades to prove it.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Working at TalentLaunch allows me to bring my experience and areas of expertise into a growing company that is always looking for ways to innovate and do things better.

      Cons

      As with any growth company, priorities can shift quickly and things sometimes don't get communicated as quickly as they probably should, but when you have a great team that is very agile, things get back on track pretty quickly.
