some mid level directors are bullies. long hours very little balance between work and life. it's a mental health practice and employees should not have their mental health broken down by emotional abuse

There are many dedicated and highly skilled clinicians doing meaningful work here. The organization does place importance on clinical quality, and several colleagues are thoughtful, collaborative, and mission-driven.

Cons

The broader employee experience often feels transactional. There’s a clear emphasis on efficiency and output, sometimes at the expense of treating people as more than interchangeable parts of a larger system. Job insecurity is a constant undercurrent and noticeably shapes daily interactions. Leadership’s style can feel deliberately abrasive, reinforcing a culture that leans more on fear and control than on trust and autonomy. Unless that kind of environment appeals to you, it may be worth looking elsewhere.
