Culture amongst most team is very good and highly prioritized. Growing with a lot of opportunities for advancement from within the organization.

Cons

Some toxic work groups with managers and supervisors that aren't heavily involved in prioritizing culture via mentoring and coaching employees that have track records of poor performance.
