Pros
Good PTO and ESPP. Individual contributors and lower levels of management are kind people who want to make the product best in class
Cons
Work culture has fallen off a cliff. The timelines keep getting tighter and the asks from upper management keep getting bigger. Recent rounds of layoffs have killed morale, and yet the C-suite has had no shakeups despite a >90% stock decrease over the past 4 years. It’s clear the company has no strategic vision outside of trying to cast as wide of a net as possible to desperately try and capture new users. Engineering has been stretched increasingly thin in recent years to meet increasingly unreasonable deadlines at the expense of more tech debt and some serious field issues. Company has gotten very top heavy. There seems to be no desire to grow young talent, and instead upper management likes to hire buddies from previous companies
