Pros

Impressive RSU grants, but work environment is so toxic you may not survive long enough for any to vest.

Cons

Quality leadership heavily micromanages and has no trust in their employees. Expectations are unreasonable and management style is demeaning. HR is aware of major personnel issues but won't do anything about it except make folks take Clifton Strengths training ... useless. Employees are either leaving or thinking of leaving. Very toxic work environment where the "old crew" leadership protect each other and are unwilling to support new ideas. They have no understanding of engineering best practices and won't allow for the success of those who do. When I resigned, they posted my position on LinkedIn before I even returned my badge on my last day ... arrogant and unprofessional.

Pros

not many...good people working hard at the same goals

Cons

micromanagement is high and most managers are quite condescending. When metrics are unattainable in most cases you get reprimanded and the bonus structure is a joke. Extremely cliquey environment. If you dont work at least 55+ hours a week you cant get y our work done BUT overtime is capped at 45 hours a week so hitting goals and metrics is not feasible. Terrible high stress place to work. Do not recommend

Pros

my co workers are great, very laxed enviroment if you are great at your job.

Cons

Very low pay- they promote taking on other roles to "gain" experience, but they give you more work with no pay increase. Forget getting a promotion if you have not been there for 2+ years(they say to apply after 1 year) there is no incentive to keep employees, inbound sales should be a min. $25/hr for all the orders we have to place. several people work 2+ jobs to be able to make ends meet financially.
