Pros

The management treats everyone with respect and dignity, and are very responsive! And, I LOVE working remotely, and how they honor a work-life balance. They share interdepartmental info that aides in team collaboration and enables enhanced communication.

Cons

In years past there was a fairily steady turn-over in the Sales Department, but this has been much improved in the last year since our new CFO joined us.

Friendly working atmosphere. The management activities are centered on employee’s motivation and improvements of the efficacy of working policies. Great corporate culture with working-time flexibility. It is always possible to align working hours with family commitments. Possibility for personal development and learning. Excellent In-house training available, support to stimulate staff to be engaged in regular review and planning to meet clearly defined objectives. I am really happy to be aware about my future career development direction. Salary is competitive and revised according to the performance criteria. Great benefits and compensation package.

Cons

Continuous improvement is in process, but not everyone is willing to be really proactive.
