Pros

A turning point in my life - really great team to work with! More freedom - flexible working hours. The interests of the employees are placed through the management actions and procedures. Employees are placed on a learning curve focused on job specific training courses. Great and safe office environment. Tango Analytics has a fair approach for extending of labor protection and improvements of employee’s productivity: the benefits package covers: PTO, health insurance and a few fringe benefits. Team members are very supportive and ready for mentorship.

Cons

I suppose currently I can't complain.

t’s a great working experience here. Growing company with lots of potential. The company acknowledges and rewards all the hard work you put in. The company has good values and is focused on providing good techs and services. It is interesting to discuss new ideas and find new ways to improve productivity.

Pros

Great culture, collaborative work atmosphere and good communication among the different departments. Supportive management that promotes professional growth among its employees. My job here has helped me grow tremendously with the constant interactions with our partners. Working with top-tier clients has enabled me to get a better appreciation of the work we do and how it affects their business.

Cons

I’ve heard that there have been some difficulties coordinating with some departments but I’ve worked on a variety of teams and they’ve all been great.
