Pros

Friendly coworkers, fun environment, easy job. You have the opportunity to remain up and active when working.

Cons

The job can feel very mundane and repetitive at times. This is the nature of the of job though. On the other hand, being understaffed makes the position feel overwhelming at times.

Pros

Good starting job, friendly atmosphere, good discount. Good hours and vacation pay. Felt like a team and was able to move up in the company easily enough.

Cons

Changing atmosphere at Target pushing the college grads in and the experienced older leaders out. Work hard with no breaks even though you are supposed to take them. Too much work to be done in the time permitted. Physically exhausting.
