Pros

This company is well organized. They give decent benefits, even to part timers, and an employee discount. They do strive to have a positive atmosphere in the workplace. You are welcome to challenge your superiors and they have regular meetings to discuss areas you feel that the company can improve.

Cons

They do expect you to work hard and it is sometimes difficult to meet their goals. The hours can be difficult to and they are not always flexible with scheduling. You also have to wear red shirts and khaki pants.
