Pros

Fellow team members are helpful with improving not only them but also pushing you for your best and same goes for team leads as well.

Cons

The only downside to target is that you get 10% and have to use cash only in order to use the discount.

Pros

They seem to be very good about working around schedules. For example, if one decides to go off to college and come back to work over the summer, i've seen them accomodate it.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations. It isn't always the case, but especially during the remodel they expected you to go above and beyond what was physically possible and would keep pushing you.
