Pros

The people are pretty great. From the back-room to the freight unloading... I don't think I've met anyone I didn't get along with. Everyone is very useful in helping you get situated. You can listen to your own music generally, although you are supposed to only have one earbud in and the volume pretty low.

Cons

The work is quite miserable and the pay leaves much to be desired. I go home every night completely exhausted... sore feet, back, everything. It's manual labor, don't go in thinking otherwise!

Pros

Target offered great development opportunities for team members who wanted to advance their professional life and growth.

Cons

A retail environment is less than ideal during the holiday season when you want to be with your family.
