You can cross train in other departments to build your resume.

Cons

Scheduling is inconsistent. High turnover (for team members and management) and consistently understaffed. No free drinks like you would have working at a standalone Starbucks and you can't take tips.

The coworkers were really welcoming and it was easy to build a good relationship with everyone. The customers were also nice for the most part.

Cons

Sometimes the customers would go to this location instead of the other stand-alone Starbucks right across the street. It became an issue because we couldn't do the same things that Starbucks could do for their customers because we were under a Target. Additionally, it was either long hours or short hours so the pay per week fluctuated a lot depending on availability.
