Fun and friendly staff. Great place to develop customer service skills for a person entering workforce.

Cons

Low pay and many different caps to wear in a work day.

Pros

Management watched for dedicated people and made sure that they have development opportunities. My management actually helped me to get an internship in line with what I'm studying in school. If you're not interested in working hard and moving up, working here will be a drag. Not everyone fits with the fast, fun, and friendly atmosphere, so if you consider yourself to be a glass half empty kind of person, steer clear. They are conscious of not violating labor laws so don't worry about missing any of your breaks or being treated poorly.

Cons

Merit based pay raises were mediocre. Training has gotten better recently, but is very inconsistent so it takes longer than it should to be able to accomplish tasking efficiently.

Pros

There are no good reason for working here, this was a good place for employment, too young of a management team, they are getting rid of the older employees, low pay and less than 20 hours per week, so they don't have to offer you health insurance.

Cons

Every day is a challenge, they treat their employees like dirt, computers are making the schedule now, all team leaders and above are there for personnel gains, they do not care about the employees. Laughing and BS in the office eight hours a day and the low paying employees do all the work.
