Pros

Great company values good managers perks in break room overall great people that I worked with

Cons

Worked long hours with minimal pay. Shift would end at midnight but would sometimes made to stay till 2am. No real signs of advancement unless you knew/friends with management, sucked up or worked there for many many years.

Pros

Team members friendly, customer-centric service

Cons

Front line staff diverse from an age perspective but leadership is young and lacks experience to effectively manage staff. Constant focus on making short-term corporate "numbers" with lack of medium or long-term planning. Few managers are concerned about needs of long-term team members.
