Pros

The discount is nice albeit small (10%). Strong values. Target does try to help the worker by enforcing breaks, lunches, and one day off a week (at least).

Cons

(Expectedly) low pay for those that are working in the actual retail store. Customers are the best and worst part of this job; sometimes they are personable and funny and lighten your mood. Other times they are downright rude. Sometimes management has highly unrealistic expectations of what can be completed in one shift.
