Pros

i loved my coworkers, made coming to work worth it.

Cons

i ended up being trained all over the store. from pushing truck,SFS,OPU,cafe, grocery, front end, stocking etc. i even had management ask ME an employee on who was going to come in and cover. when they made the schedules. i was making 15$ an hr at the time. i went and got a part-time job, they found out and got upset. I ended up leaving because I needed to find a job that would let me work up to eight hours of both jobs instead of spending 10 to 12 hour shifts up to a week on with Target

Pros

Pay is very good, it’s hard to find places that pay as well.

Cons

Training is non existent, very hostile coworkers who are NOT friendly. If you don’t speak Spanish you’ll have a hard time. You get very excluded. Management isn’t very friendly, you will never get appreciated for your hard work. They make demands without basic etiquette, it really wears down your spirit. There’s also no work life balance, they will work you to the point of exhaustion without reducing your hours and ignoring your request to lower them.
