Pros
I worked with a great team and gained valuable experience in financial disputes, fraud investigations, and customer service. The training was strong and I learned systems and processes that helped me grow professionally. The work itself was interesting and involved problem solving and helping customers resolve complex issues.
Cons
Corporate decisions changed frequently and sometimes negatively impacted both employees and customers. There were situations where customers waited a long time for refunds or issue resolution. Policy changes, such as discontinuing certain prepaid debit programs, also impacted customers who relied on those benefits. Job security did not always feel stable, even for long-term employees.
