- during rushes managers cannot come help quickly leading to angry customers - coworkers have no desire to create a community, making it lonely

Management, favoritism, outdated policies on attendance, tenured team members get similar pay to new hires, tenured employees get pushed to do the bulk of work due to management not fully training new hires

Easily the worst job I’ve ever had. No training – thrown in blind, then punished for not knowing. Gaslighting – asked to learn tasks; told “those won’t apply to you” → manager later denied it and used it against me. Micromanaging – nitpicked over tiny details, ignored when help was needed. Leaders avoided training me entirely. Blatant favoritism – workers dating management got lounge time; long-timers gave zero help or advice. Outcasts like me got full pallets solo. Disgusting cliques – leaders encouraged the in-group/out-group dynamic. Double standards – gossip and coffee breaks for the clique, solo grind for everyone else. 25¢ raise after 6 months of self-teaching and covering shifts. Ghosted review – TL skipped it; store director read a lifeless script with zero feedback or personality. HR betrayal – casual conversations became gossip ammo for management. No accountability – toxic, lazy leads protected at every level. Exclusion & anxiety – made to feel disposable, anxious, and silenced — by design

- Unrealistic time goals and constant pressure to work faster - Age discrimination (must practically be an athlete in your prime to meet company expectations, otherwise prepare to be nagged constantly and written up when time-goals are not reached) - Favoritism and unprofessional team leads who are constantly stressed and sometimes even crying after meetings with higher leadership (probably because few team members reaching their time goals, and upper leadership and corporate adamantly denies any issue with this, despite common knowledge) - Decreasing amount of training for new hires, often leading to messier stores and inventory problems - Penny-pinching wherever possible, reduced AC and harder work = exhaustion and burnout
