Barely overtime, lack of training

- Not enough hours - Lack of devices and proper training - Not too friendly

-I had to train at three different stores all of which were a higher volume than my own so when I started the job everything I was trained on I couldn’t do at my location.

Training is very systematic, done through a series of videos and Zoom trainings, and is not personalized based on your learning style. There's minimal opportunity to contribute your thoughts and ideas beyond the established frameworks, which is unfortunate because the company's been going downhill and is in dire need of fresh ideas.

Low hours, management seems unhappy

Easily the worst job I’ve ever had. No training – thrown in blind, then punished for not knowing. Gaslighting – asked to learn tasks; told “those won’t apply to you” → manager later denied it and used it against me. Micromanaging – nitpicked over tiny details, ignored when help was needed. Leaders avoided training me entirely. Blatant favoritism – workers dating management got lounge time; long-timers gave zero help or advice. Outcasts like me got full pallets solo. Disgusting cliques – leaders encouraged the in-group/out-group dynamic. Double standards – gossip and coffee breaks for the clique, solo grind for everyone else. 25¢ raise after 6 months of self-teaching and covering shifts. Ghosted review – TL skipped it; store director read a lifeless script with zero feedback or personality. HR betrayal – casual conversations became gossip ammo for management. No accountability – toxic, lazy leads protected at every level. Exclusion & anxiety – made to feel disposable, anxious, and silenced — by design

- No set schedule - Expected to run multiple departments at 100% efficiency if running the food section - Great employees, but senior management in the store makes or breaks it
