      1. We are still a relatively small team globally which means opportunities for growth as well are great access across the company 2. The company's values aren't just written on paper, they are lived and you genuinely feel it 3. Everyone within the company is empowered to speak up, present new ideas and challenge old ones 4. Very generous benefits

      Cons

      The downside of a very collaborative culture is that it comes with a heavy meeting culture. This is definitely something that people are aware of and is being addressed, but we aren't quite there yet.
