TR pays employees lower salaries than competitors. If you want your anxiety to go through the roof, then work here.

Most of the company has literally no idea what they are doing and even worse don't want to know or actually have the problems fixed. We literally don't even know who are customers are and no one seems to think that is an urgent problem to fix.
