1. Good benefits and working towards adding more 2. Remote first company 3. Tons of opportunities for growth 4. Professional recruiting process and high recruiting standards 5. Positive culture and wonderful people

Cons

There is a lot of tech debt. Silver lining to this is that there are constant efforts to streamline engineering workflows. So this con really becomes a good opportunity for engineers to learn how to build engineering systems bottom up.

- The benefits are good at TR.

Cons

- Inept managers who do not know what they are doing which causes frequent changes in your responsibilities. You will be hired for one position and then it will change the following month, due to inept managers. The CEO makes people cringe when she talks in the all hands. Excessive Micromanagement. Fake culture and force activities upon employees to attend as well as redundant meetings that could clearly be a slack/email. There is high turnover rate and frequent layoffs. TR pays employees lower salaries than competitors. If you want your anxiety to go through the roof, then work here.
