Pros

Benefits are good, better than other BPO companies that I have been.

Cons

Despite good employee benefits, salary is actually mid-range, and the workload is very much overwhelming. Pressure is too much. Especially when you work as support, you are inclined to work more than the usual hours of your shift (up to 12-15 hours a day) without OT Pay. There are managers who don't respect boundaries and don't really hold up the work-life balance that the company promises. Also, promotion is difficult and if promoted, your pay only gets aligned with your new role after 6 months. Meanwhile, you will only get a percentage of the higher salary but you will be doing the full workload of a regular in the new role.

Pros

Salary, benefits, people, and, office.

Cons

During my stint here, the department I belong to doesn't seem to have a process in place. Everyone is just a follower. Challenging the current process is not in their vocabulary. Everything is played by the book. People first are not always present.
