Fun and hip place with small bumps here and there

Work environment, work hours, PTO, VTO, free snacks, and occasional lunches. Very hip work environment.

Cons

IT had blocked multiple websites on workstations. You cannot use your phone at any time except when on break/lunch. Break rooms were often a mess, as people would not clean up after themselves.

They make you think it's FUN in training, but then you realize it's just a regular call center vibe without phones.

No phones, diverse, LGBTQ friendly.

Cons

unorganized, favoritism, management at rackspace location does NOT know how to communicate AT ALL and does NOT know how to stay consistent between departments. No one knows what is going on. Bryce the CEO seems fine. But when not around, the place acts like a zoo. Someone needs to go undercover for him and work there. Make it past training because the training department is fine. It's the operations side of things. They can't get their stuff together. And their HR team needs to go back to school as well and take some classes on law and what can/cannot be done. Maybe have people on location. Too many people have had the same complaints, it's like a broken record without anyone trying to actually fix it. Just excuses. I hope Bryce gets someone in there to turn it around because that place will be ran into the ground within 5 years if not.
